Why don't I see the Kify icon on my toolbar?

If you have installed Kify toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and Kify toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the Kify option. If you don't see the Kify toolbar listed, follow the instructions below.

How can I move the Kify toolbar to a different location?

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must unlock the toolbars before you can move them. Right click on the toolbar and deselect the Lock the Toolbars option.

You can change the location of Kify toolbar on your browser by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the Kify icon. Simply place Kify in the desired location. This functionality enables you to place two toolbars on the same line if you want to conserve space in your browser.

Please note that, as with all of the Internet Explorer browser toolbars, you can only move Kify toolbar to locations on the top of your browser window. Toolbars can not be placed on the side or bottom of the browser window.

Why don't I see the Kify toolbar listed in the Internet Explorer toolbars list?

Some earlier builds of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a known problem with their toolbars. The Kify Toolbar may be listed under the name 'Radio' (usually the second such listing). Go to View > Toolbars and click on the second Radio option.

Does Kify toolbar conflict with my browser or other add ons?

No, Kify toolbar is designed to run without affecting any other system add ons.

I installed the new version of Internet Explorer (v. 6.0). Why doesn't the

In Internet Explorer, go to View > Toolbars and check that the Kify option is selected. If not, select it.
